Every order is prepared by hand in small batches. This policy explains how we process, ship and deliver your order within India.
01Order processing
Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days of payment confirmation. Made-to-order and hand-finished pieces may take longer, and we will let you know if your order needs extra time.
02Delivery areas and times
We currently deliver across India through our courier partners. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Metro cities: 3 to 5 business days
- Other locations: 5 to 8 business days
Remote locations may take longer. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
03Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
04Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking link. You can also follow your shipment on the courier's website using the tracking number.
05Delays and failed deliveries
Courier delays caused by weather, public holidays, strikes or incorrect address details are outside our direct control. If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will try again or contact you to arrange redelivery. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout.
06Risk of loss
Responsibility for your order passes to you once the courier has delivered it to the address you provided.
