Each piece at Royal Aura Fashion is made in small batches and finished by hand. This policy explains when we accept returns and how refunds are issued.
01Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing or colour variation. All sales are final once the order is dispatched. Please review the product description and size guide before ordering.
02Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us at royalauraindia@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund.
03Refunds
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
- Your order is cancelled before it is dispatched.
- Your item arrives damaged or incorrect and is confirmed under section 02.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
